Account + profile
Email login, Google or Apple sign-in, display name, bio, age-related profile fields, interests, preferences, and profile photos.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Fumble collects, how we use it, what other people can see, and where third-party services such as Supabase, Expo, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat help us run the app.
Email login, Google or Apple sign-in, display name, bio, age-related profile fields, interests, preferences, and profile photos.
Your swipes, passes, virtual BT positions, receipts, matches, chats, hot take audio, reactions, and safety reports.
Push token, notification settings, media-library access, microphone access, and foreground location if you enable nearby matching.
Profile photos, chat images, and hot take audio are stored in public media buckets, so direct links can be accessible while the content remains live.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect the information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address and password, or the account details returned by Apple or Google when you choose social sign-in.
Profile information. We store profile details you choose to provide, including your display name, bio, profile intro, date of birth, gender, interests, intent, preferred age range, preferred gender, distance preference, mood theme, chaos archetype, pinned prediction, pinned receipt, avatar URL, and uploaded profile photos.
Prediction and product activity. We collect the actions you take in the app, including market swipes, YES/NO positions, PASS actions, bet amounts, token balance history, receipts, claim activity, and limited product telemetry such as when a bet slip is opened or confirmed.
Social and communication content. If you use social features, we collect messages, polls, chat images, hot take audio clips, hot take reactions, report submissions, and matching-related activity generated inside Fumble.
Location information. If you grant foreground location permission, we collect latitude and longitude and the time the location was last updated so we can support nearby matching and distance filters.
Subscription information. If you subscribe to Fumble Pro, we receive subscription status and entitlement information associated with your app user ID. Payment processing itself is handled by the App Store or Google Play.
Device and diagnostics information. We may collect your Expo push token, notification preferences, coarse device context needed for app operation, and diagnostic error data when crash or error reporting is enabled in a production build.
Public media warning. Fumble currently uses public media buckets for avatars, chat images, and hot take audio. That means anyone with a direct media URL may be able to access the file while it remains stored.
Other Fumble users may see the parts of your profile and activity that the app is designed to surface. Depending on the feature, that can include your display name, avatar, profile photos, age derived from your date of birth, bio, profile intro, interests, mood theme, chaos archetype, pinned content, hot takes, and content you share in matches or chat.
Fumble uses your location internally for matching and distance-related features, but the app is not designed to show your exact coordinates to other users.
If you send messages, images, or hot takes to another user or inside a match flow, that content can be seen by the participants in that conversation or feature context.
Location. We ask for foreground location permission if you want nearby matching and distance-based features.
Photos. We ask for media-library access when you choose profile photos or upload chat images from your device.
Microphone. We ask for recording access when you create a hot take audio clip.
Notifications. We ask for notification permission to send match, streak, daily drop, and resolution alerts. Some reminders may also be scheduled locally on your device.
You can usually control these permissions through your device settings, and some related preferences can also be changed inside Fumble.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain your account, enforce safety rules, keep required records, and resolve disputes. Different data types may be retained for different periods.
You can edit profile fields, change notification preferences, manage location access in device settings, and manage Fumble Pro through the store or customer-center flow available in supported builds.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of personal information. If you need help with a privacy request, use the support contact listed with the app or app-store listing that applies to your build.
If a request would affect safety records, fraud prevention, or data we must keep for legitimate operational reasons, we may retain the minimum information necessary for those purposes.
Fumble is intended for adults. The service is built around social matching and adult-oriented profile features, and it is not intended for children under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Fumble changes. When we make material updates, we may revise the effective date above and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app or on the site.
If you have privacy questions or want to submit a privacy request, use the support or contact channel listed with the current Fumble app listing or website.
