The rules for using Fumble without fumbling the app itself.

1. Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fumble. By using the service, you represent that you can enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the service is lawful where you live.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. Do not share your account or impersonate another person.

2. What Fumble is

Fumble is a social prediction and matching product. Users swipe through markets, take positions using in-app virtual BT units, unlock social and identity features, and may receive friend or dating matches based in part on product activity and profile settings.

Fumble is not a brokerage, sportsbook, exchange, or investment adviser. Market content, opinions, and social interactions inside the app are for entertainment and community purposes.

3. Virtual BT and predictions

BT balances, streaks, and position history are part of the in-app product economy only.

• BT has no cash value, is not redeemable for money, and is not banked or insured.
• Fumble may issue, adjust, remove, or correct BT balances, rewards, claims, and position outcomes to address bugs, abuse, fraud, or administrative mistakes.
• Prediction content and projected outcomes are not promises, guarantees, financial advice, or gambling recommendations.
• PASS actions, matching logic, and recommendation ranking are product features and may change over time.

4. Fumble Pro subscriptions

Fumble Pro is an optional paid subscription that may unlock premium features such as unlimited daily YES/NO picks, premium insights, premium visuals, and other subscription-gated experiences.

• Billing is handled by Apple or Google through the app store on your device.
• Subscription status and entitlement syncing are managed through RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel through the store account that processed the purchase.
• Pricing, features, and package structure may change from time to time.
• If we offer restores or subscription management in the app, those flows are convenience tools and still depend on store-side purchase records.

5. User content and license

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload to Fumble, including profile text, photos, chat messages, chat images, hot take audio, poll content, and reports you submit.

To operate the service, you give Fumble a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, transmit, display, and distribute that content as needed to run, improve, moderate, and promote the product features you use.

6. Rules of conduct

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes, without limitation:

• Harassing, threatening, stalking, doxxing, or abusing another user.
• Posting illegal, hateful, infringing, sexual-exploitation, or non-consensual content.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Trying to reverse engineer, scrape, automate, overload, or bypass product rules, quotas, or payment controls.
• Manipulating predictions, matches, reports, or subscriptions through fraud or exploit behavior.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to share.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports, investigate abuse, remove content, restrict visibility, disable features, cancel or limit matches, suspend accounts, or take other action reasonably necessary to protect users, uphold safety standards, or enforce these Terms.

We can also preserve records related to safety, fraud prevention, and platform integrity where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary.

8. Availability and changes

Fumble is offered on an "as available" basis. We may add, remove, pause, or change features, markets, match systems, token rules, subscription benefits, and eligibility thresholds without prior notice.

We are not responsible for downtime, store outages, third-party platform issues, delays in entitlement syncing, message-delivery failures, or interrupted access caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fumble and its related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• you will receive matches, replies, or any particular social outcome;
• markets, feeds, notifications, or rankings will always be accurate or uninterrupted;
• the service will be free from bugs, outages, or security incidents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fumble will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. General terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
